Register Your DRYE™ Fan

Thank you for choosing the DRYE™ Fan.
We’re proud to offer a product built with quality, performance, and reliability in mind. To ensure you receive the best support and service, please take a moment to register your DRYE™ Fan.

By registering, you’ll activate your One-Year Limited Warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

You’ll need the following information to register:

  • Date of purchase

  • Proof of purchase

Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, DRYE™ will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts

  • Replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished unit

  • Refund the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not feasible

Unless your local law gives you a remedy this warranty cannot limit, this is your only remedy.

What’s Covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship

  • Faulty rechargeable lithium-ion battery (manufacturing defect)

  • Malfunctioning timer or fan motor under normal use

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents (e.g., water immersion, dropping)

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading)

  • Damage due to improper charging or use of non-approved cables or accessories

  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly

  • Batteries with signs of misuse (e.g., punctured, burned, physically damaged)

  • Damage to a hydration bladder


How to Claim

To make a warranty claim, follow the instructions outlined in our Refund Policy.


Limitation of Liability

DRYE™’s liability is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product, at our discretion. Under no circumstances shall DRYE™ be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use this product—including but not limited to injury or damage caused by mold or bacteria growth in a hydration bladder that was dried using the DRYE™ Fan.

By using this product, you agree to DRYE™’s Terms and Conditions and accept these limitations of liability.

This warranty is governed by the laws of the country or state where the product was purchased.
